AEFUNAI STUDENT PORTAL PROCESS FLOW – How to Use the School Portal for those ADMITTED 2021/2022

Below is a guide from the OFFICIAL AEFUNAI ICT UNIT on how to use the school portal especially for freshers (Those newly admitted for 2020/2021 academic session).
 
1. STUDENT PORTAL ACCOUNT VERIFICATION.
โ€ข Visit the University website ๏ฟฝhttps://www.funai.edu.ng/โ€
โ€ข Click on the link ๏ฟฝPortalโ€
โ€ข Click on ๏ฟฝverify your accountโ€ to create login details.
โ€ข Select ๏ฟฝstudent type๏ฟฝ then enter your Jamb Number.
โ€ข Click on submit button to verify your account
 
2. PROFILE DETAILS
i. Change password
โ€ข Enter your username and password and click on theLogin button.
โ€ข Click on change password to change your password.
โ€ข Enter the old password and the new password, confirm new password.
โ€ข Click change password button.
ii. Fill Profile
โ€ข Click the profile details menu
โ€ข Complete the profile and click the Submit Button
โ€ข Ensure you Update your Level to the current Level
โ€ข Print the Student profile information page
 
3. ACCEPTANCE
โ€ข Login to the Portal with your username and password
โ€ข Click the ACCEPTANCE menu and select โ€œAcceptance Invoiceโ€
โ€ข Select the Session from the drop-down option and Click on Submit menu to generate your payment invoice
 
โ€ข Print your invoice and proceed to the any bank to pay using your RRR Payment code on the invoice.
โ€ข Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, MasterCards.
โ€ข After successful payment in the bank or online
โ€ข Click the ACCEPTANCE menu and select ๏ฟฝPay Acceptanceโ€
โ€ข Enter your RRR, Select Session and submit to Print your Acceptance Letter

4. OTHER FEES PAYMENT PROCESS

โ€ข Login to the portal with your username and password
โ€ข Click on ๏ฟฝGenerate other fees Invoice๏ฟฝ to generate your payment invoice
โ€ข Select the required session and level for payment
โ€ข Print your payment invoice contain the RRR code and proceed to any bank for payment.
โ€ข Alternatively, you can make payment using the online payment options with credit/debit cards such as Verve, Visa, MasterCards.
Note: You must ensure a payment invoice is generated on the portal for the online payment option.
โ€ข After successful payment in bank, return to the portal and login with your account details to print FUNAI other fees e-receipt with the RRR code on the invoice.

โ€ข Click the โ€œPay Other Feesโ€ menu
โ€ข Enter the required payment details
 
5. COURSE REGISTRATION
โ€ข Click the course registration menu and select the Register Courses menu.
โ€ข Select the session and semester and click the submit button.
โ€ข Select your courses for that semester and click the submit button,
โ€ข Print the registered courses,
6. SIGN OUT
โ€ข Click the close menu, this takes you back to Login page.
